100% Clone 115 Pinot Noir harvested at 21.4B. The grapes were pressed directly and settled briefly overnight. The rosé was fermented and aged in stainless steel drums with its indigenous yeast. The wine has partially completed its secondary fermentation and was bottled in March of 2024.

Tasting Notes

The 2023 Rosé captivates with its beautiful color and seductive notes of white blossom and lychee. Its round, mouth-filling texture offers lush aromatics of strawberry coulis, balanced by moderate acidity that keeps the wine fresh. Floral notes and a hint of fresh rainfall complete the finish.
